General Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT
1) - If the client withdraws from the rental within 07 (seven) days of signing the contract or accepting it online, the full amount paid will be refunded. Law 8.078/1990 Art. 49 – CDC (Consumer Protection Code).
2) - If the client withdraws from the rental after the period stipulated by current law (seven days), no refund of any amount paid will be issued.
MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
Should unforeseen situations arise that are beyond the company's control, rendering the property unavailable for occupancy, the company will provide the client with another property of similar characteristics.
CANCELLATION BY THE LESSOR
If the LESSOR withdraws from the rental, the full amount paid will be refunded, plus a penalty of 10% (ten percent) of the total contract value.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Water and electricity consumption will be charged separately: R$ 14.00 per m³ of water and R$ 1.50 per kWh of electricity.
BASIC RULES:
Moving furniture and objects within the property is prohibited.
Receiving visitors is prohibited.
Hanging laundry on the apartment balcony railing is prohibited.
Pets of any size are prohibited.
Noise in the apartment after 10:00 PM is prohibited.
Dispose of trash properly! The trash bin is located in the parking area.
Maximum guest limit per property:
6 people.
